Painted in watercolour, this is the second in my silver birches paintings, completed as a favour for my mother who wanted Christmas Cards made by me to send to friends and family. They were a great success, and have been requested by other members of the family for the following Christmas. The fox is an addition to add a pop of colour in contrast with the muted trees, snow and background. It also adds a touch of storytelling.
